Screening
For parents and caregivers, we offer screening services for infants and toddlers ages 1 month to 5 1/2 years by utilzing Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ). ASQ is a developmental screening tool designed for use by early educators and health care professionals. It creates the snapshot needed to catch delays and celebrate milestones. ASQ and its scoring are completed in about 30 minutes.
